HELSINKI: Rajeev Suri will become the new chief executive of Finnish telecommunications gear maker Nokia, the company said on Tuesday, confirming what analysts had predicted.
Suri, 46, until now led Nokia Alternatives and Networks (NSN), small sized network equipment unit of Nokia when the company still made cell phones
Nokia finalized the 5.4 billion euro ($7.5 billion) sale of its difficulties mobile phone business to Microsoft on Saturday.
Last year, of the 12.7 billion euro from Nokia’s continuing functions, 11.3 billion dollars came from NSN. Navigation device HERE included 914 thousand and its certain device, known as advance technologies, 529 thousand.

Finnish telecoms devices manufacturer Nokia will pay stakeholders an additional 0.26 euros ($0.36) per discuss on top of the yearly results of 0.11 euros for last year, the company said.
